I ordered a drink and requested a full cup of ice. However, what I received was a drink with completely melted ice, it wasn't cold, and the cup wasn't plastic-sealed. On top of that, it wasn't even put in a plastic bag. When I ordered the other day, the cup was perfectly sealed and came in a plastic bag. But today, the quality was completely different. I feel very disappointed. The service and standards should remain consistent.

I just picked up an order , that was was not a milk cap , it was diluted watered down coffee .I went back, they re did it,a little better but still it wasn’t the same quality that it was a year ago. Please go easier on the ice, I mean I want a coffee and not ice water with a hint of coffee flavor. I mean some of those people working there have no clue how to make it. I really enjoyed that coffee a year ago, had it weekly, it was real coffee, now it’s just ???

I oder Kfmilktea with boba and Pudding and they delivered me just the milk tea without any toppings. Where the phone number I can call to ask and I paid extra for toppings. I need the answer! Not only 1drink, i oder 12 and all of the drinks is missing toppings

My first time coming to this location was on 10/21/23. I placed my order through the app for pickup. We ordered 2 large Taro slushes with brown sugar boba wow, 1 large mango creamsicle slush with grape bubbles, 1 large Kiwi yogurt slush with brown sugar wow and 1 large passion fruit swirl with brown sugar swirl. The restaurant is very nice and clean. I was greeted warmly by the two (2) ladies working the front. I waited until it was time for my pickup order to be ready. I spoke to the young lady and she confirmed they were out of the mango popping bubbles and offered me the options for replacement. She made the last drink for me and nicely packed along with the others. They can be a little pricey with the additional toppings however, it is worth and they're very delicious. I would highly recommend coming here. I know we will order from here again. 🙂

This is great spot to come in and chill. The drinks are very flavorful and boba was perfect (Not too chewy nor too mushy). They have a very friendly staff and super helpful in suggesting a drink off the menu. In addition to the drink, the popcorn snack is absolutely amazing! The caramel flavor is my favorite. Overall, I enjoyed my visit here and will be back very soon!
